Huawei just announced the company’s latest smartphone aimed at budget users: the Enjoy 7 Plus.
Huawei has long been a trusted brand in the smartphone market, known for releasing both high-end and low-cost phones. The Enjoy 7 Plus is the latest effort by the company to crack the budget market.
Enjoy 7 Plus is the successor to the popular Huawei Enjoy 6. The Enjoy 7 sports a 5.5-inch screen, larger than what was available with the previous version. However, both smartphones maintain a 720p resolution. Enjoy 7 Plus has a Snapdragon 435 processor, a modest 3GB of RAM, and an impressive 32GB of base storage.
Enjoy 7 Plus has a 12MP rear camera and an 8MP front facing camera, which is comparable to pricier models. A significant improvement is the 4,000mAh capacity battery that provides a lot of power to the smartphone. There’s a fingerprint scanner included as well. The phone will be available in three different colors.
Huawei has announced that Enjoy 7 Plus will soon be launched in China for 1,600 CNY (about $230). The company has yet to announce when the phone will be available in other markets.
